Refund policy
At IVK Design Studio, we understand that sometimes the fit isn’t quite right, and we’re happy to offer exchanges to make sure you find your perfect match.
Here’s how it works:
Return/Exchanges: Email info@ivorykutts.com with your request. The original item must be received by our team first before we ship out the exchanged item. Items cannot be exchanged for another unless the original purchase is received in its original condition.
*Please note, any item purchased via sale is considered final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned. Sale items are non-refundable and sold as-is, so please double-check your selection before purchasing.
Refunds: All of our dresses and items are made to order with love and care, so refunds are available under specific conditions. If you’d like to request a refund, the garment must be returned within 4-5 business days of receipt, and tracking must be provided to our team via email at info@ivorykutts.com. Unfortunately, any item shipped for return beyond the 4-5 business day window will not be eligible for a refund.
To ensure eligibility for an exchange or refund, items must be unworn, odorless, stain-free, and in their original packaging with all labels intact. Shipping costs are not covered by IvoryKutts for returns or exchanges, so we recommend using your local post office for the best service and tracking ID.
